What are the requirements for transporting and packaging PCBA products?

After the PCBA is produced, we need to transport the PCBA to the customer in various ways. During the transportation process, we need to pay attention to the following requirements.

1. Packaging materials

PCBA boards are relatively fragile and easily damaged products. Before transportation, they must be carefully packaged with bubble bags, pearl cotton, static bags, and vacuum bags.

2. Anti-static packaging

Static electricity will break through the chips in the PCBA board. Since static electricity is invisible and intangible, it is easy to generate, so during the packaging and transportation process, anti-static packaging must be used

3. Moisture-proof packaging

Before packaging, the PCBA surface must be cleaned and dried, and three-proof paint must be sprayed.

4. Anti-vibration packaging

Put the packaged PCBA board in an anti-static packaging box. When placed vertically, no more than two layers should be stacked upwards. A stop partition must be placed in the middle to keep it stable and prevent shaking.
